Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made and shipped internationally, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the product has been shipped overseas.Because international return shipping can cost several hundred thousand yen,customers are asked to select the design and size in advance,
and we send photos of the completed product before shipping arrangements for final confirmation prior to dispatch.
If the product arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Order and Payment Process

• A 30% deposit of the total price is required to begin production.
• Once production is complete, we send photos of the finished tatami for customer confirmation.
• After the customer confirms, the remaining 70% balance is invoiced and must be paid before shipment.
• The product is shipped after full payment has been received.

Delivery Time
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, and international shipping usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and transport conditions.

当社の商品はすべて受注生産品であり、海外への発送を行っております。
そのため、一度海外に発送された商品の返品・交換はお受けできません。
国際返品には数十万円の費用が発生する場合があるため、
お客様には事前にデザイン・サイズをお選びいただいた上で、
輸送手配の前に完成品の写真をお送りし、最終確認をいただいてから発送いたします。

万が一、当社の不備により商品が破損・欠陥を伴って到着した場合は、
到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。
内容を確認のうえ、適切な対応（返金または再製作）をいたします。

ご注文およびお支払い方法
ご注文時に、総額の 30％ を着手金（デポジット）としてお支払いいただきます。
製作完了後、完成した畳の写真をお送りし、お客様の確認をいただきます。
確認後、残額 70％ のご請求をいたします。
ご入金確認後に商品を発送いたします。

製作には通常 2〜4週間、
国際配送には 1〜3週間 を要します（配送先・輸送状況により変動）。
